I REALLY need to learn how to run better. It did feel good to get outside but after a couple of rounds, i slowed wayyy down on the 400. Doing it isn&#039;t a problem. It&#039;s just my stride or gait (or whatever you call it) when I get tired. Efficiency! THAT is what I need!

The rest of this wasn&#039;t TOO terrible. But the combination surely got me.

20:28 was my time. Craig got me by a couple of minutes. But I only came in a minute behind the young whippersnappers. So I feel good about that.

Maybe spring is here??
