Since many of us are returning to school hours, Brett will be having only 8am sessions this week.  That is for this week only and then we will be updating the schedule for the new place.

The new place is coming along nicely, will be a great new place.

    • Same here. Any idea when you and Kristen are coming back in town? Hoping to get a couple WOD’s in at The Barn 2.0 over Labor Day weekend.

      • I’m not sure when we will be in town…I will let everyone know ahead of time..and my first stop will be at spc, blood family comes second to crossfit family.

  2. To coin a JP phrase Holy Crap….I can only remember two workouts where I wanted to puke . This was one luckily I did not. I have four ripped fingers lucky me. Great work by everyone.

  4. I will make a strong effort to never watch GI Jane on tv, dvd, streaming video, etc. ever again!

    12:57 was my time. Although much better than the last time I did it, it still kicked my butt!

    Did I mention that I always have and always will hate burpees? :-)

  5. The thumbs up from Sepi when I showed him my bloodied hand made it worth the effort. Glad my pain made you proud Sepi.

  6. I still can’t understand why I program burpees into any workout . . I hate them . . .with a passion. Got it done, but was feeling every single burpee

    Will have to see what tomorrow has to offer

  7. This is my kind of workout-all body weight, and it was still a bitch-Finished in 13:04-had JP till the end then he pulled ahead
