  1. Well I remembered the last time we did DT and the pain of trying to finish one round with 155 lbs.. This time, I went 135 and, in hindsight, maybe I could have finished two of the rounds this time with 155 lbs before dropping down. 9:27 was my time. I feel good about that but next time I’ll bump back up to 155 and see what happens.

    A good group at 3:15 today!

    I can’t believe that Kyle didn’t get the hint he asked for about the workout yesterday. It was right there in my response. :-)

  2. Great work again by everyone. I absolutely love the athletes of SPC, you all rock.
    Unfortunately I was unable to complete this workout today, I just plain ran out of time. 7pm hit and I needed to get home. Tomorrow is going to be a rough one, will have to hit tomorrows wod in the am and then make up this one tomorrow afternoon.

  3. I agree JP, maybe next time we should go 155#. But having said that, this was definitely a tough one. Last time we did this, I did not enjoy it whatsoever. But this time i thoroughly enjoyed it. Its great to have all these hard workers busting their butts out here together. Great day today. And JP, I now see your hint. It wasnt extremely obvious, but you did a good job of hiding it…well done.

  4. DT absolutely crushed my arms- I need a rest day on Wed. Maybe the combination of KB’s on Mon. and hang cleans yesterday
    And I only did 105lbs. Way to go you guys doing 135- Gonna have to work up to some heavier weight.
