  1. Ack! This was a hard one today. The wall balls weren’t as bad as I thought they’d be. It was the box hops! Sheesh! Kissyfur was comical though. I heard him say “Hal way done” with his favorite exercise – the wall balls. I didn’t have the heart to immediately say it but I only had ten left. No matter. The boy kicked but at the box hops and push jerks and caught up pretty well!

    My time was 15:20 – just behind Toby damn it. Ya got me again.

    Excellent effort by everyone, though. I love it when so many people are busting ass for the same reason!

  2. Wow!!! That was very hard, though after I gained my breath back from actually hyperventilating :sick: …I think I enjoyed it! I may be on the road to getting better at box hops, they might be on to something with this Crossfit scam!

    My time = 12:11 Don’t worry, I was surprised too!

  3. Push jerks were by far the hardest part. But a fun one overall. Pretty tough.
