  1. Power cleans at 155 sucked today! Got heavy really fast! 15:20 was my time.

    Everybody busted this out, though! Even Kissyfur! The boy used 155, which has to be more than or right around his body weight! I also knew that the only way I was gonna conquer Chris, of the Walsh representation, was during the jump ropes. Mission accomplished…hehe.

    Young Will did a great job with the 4:15 group! Niz busted it out! Good stuff today!

    Just keep going! All ya gotta do is lift it from here to here! Just do it! :pinch:

  2. We all knew that this was going to be a little rough, 155 gets heavy quickly. Things went pretty well…until the final 100DU’s, WOW

  3. Today was fun…… Ok maybe not, 155 sucked. I pushed through it and I am completley recked. …….

    Oh yeah, how does that knee feel toby,heard you dropped the bar on it

    • not only did I bash my knee, I also took a shot to …… “the boys” took my breath away for a second or two, not the way to go fast, not recommended :shocked:

  4. Form was really bad. I have some skills work ahead of me. I will improve :angry:

  5. Most of my favorite things thrown into a workout? Cant ask for more! This was a very fun one.

    P.S. JP, I think your time was actually faster than that, because my time was 15:20 and you finished before me. Maybe Im wrong, I just recalled seeing your time as 14:54?

    • You’re right, Kyle… I did go sub 15. I have a hard time remembering things in my old age!

  6. I really enjoy double unders and power cleans so this was real fun for me. Pullups are alright too I guess.. Great WOD!! :biggrin:
