Power cleans at 155 sucked today! Got heavy really fast! 15:20 was my time.
Everybody busted this out, though! Even Kissyfur! The boy used 155, which has to be more than or right around his body weight! I also knew that the only way I was gonna conquer Chris, of the Walsh representation, was during the jump ropes. Mission accomplished…hehe.
Young Will did a great job with the 4:15 group! Niz busted it out! Good stuff today!
Just keep going! All ya gotta do is lift it from here to here! Just do it!

I really enjoy double unders and power cleans so this was real fun for me. Pullups are alright too I guess.. Great WOD!!
