  1. I don’t know what was worse, the deadlifts of the wall balls. The deadlifts got really heavy really fast but the wall balls, although not a huge problem, got annoying really fast. heh…

    What I can say for sure is that I hated the first deadlift more than any other in any of the sets. It was like 2 through whatever was easier. I don’t know why. Ah well… time was 9: something.

    As Kissyfur and Kyle would say: not too bad…
