  1. Man it SUCKED going from the row to the box jumps! I felt great about getting to 100 calories until Toby said he did 108. Damn him! But I think both of us pushed a little hard on the row because it took a good 45 seconds to get like FOUR damn hops! Ha! I’m surprised neither of us shinned it!

    So we wound up tied at 315 but Chris (of the Walsh representation) beat us with 320! Damn him, too!

  2. this one was tougher than I thought that it was going to be. Like JP said, rowed a little to aggressively and then paid for it during the middle exercises. Also, welcome to all newbies, we are excited to have you joining the family.
