12:20 as prescribed. I didn’t really think it could be possible when I was told that the second and third sets of power cleans were easier than the first but it was true. 165 lbs was heavy but manageable.
I have to say that something felt different about the running, though. I felt like that, too, was a little more manageable. I was trying to follow the suggestions given to me but when I get tired during running, I just crumble up and wind up doing the T-Rex.
Good workout today! And the weather made it even better! I love this shit!
