  1. 12:20 as prescribed. I didn’t really think it could be possible when I was told that the second and third sets of power cleans were easier than the first but it was true. 165 lbs was heavy but manageable.

I have to say that something felt different about the running, though. I felt like that, too, was a little more manageable. I was trying to follow the suggestions given to me but when I get tired during running, I just crumble up and wind up doing the T-Rex.

Good workout today! And the weather made it even better! I love this shit!

  2. Great workout today! Feeling bummed out that the 165lbs felt so heavy. Form remained ok, and that was my focus today. 16:09mins

I think MetCon workouts will be my hardest hurdle to overcome…1 workout at a time, right?!

Lets try it again tomorrow…

    • Richards looks like PK’s diet of Mickey D’s & Pizza Hut in the same day has you beat by 9 seconds. Get the lead out buddy!

  3. Enjoyed getting out to run today (still working on undoing years of poor form!). 16:00 mins
