  1. Holy crap .. This one was brutal. I don’t think I would have put up my time if it weren’t for JP and Craig. Thanks for pushing me through. Now I’m going to seep for a long time.

  2. OK, so this sucked. My entire right arm went numb. In the words of craig: “are you having a heart attack. Cause i’m certified now”. Thanks to craig for pushing me through all the way to dry heaves. yikes! 13:40 and still waiting for the cable guy. :angry:

  3. This workout makes me lament the fact that there just isn’t a strong enough word in English to express the SUCK that this WOD embodied. Latin has the greatest of superlative forms with its “-issimus” ending. So let’s coin a new Anglo-Latin word:

    Suckissimus MAXIMUS!

    The third row got me. I thought it would bring about a reaction of vomitous proportions so I had the ol’ bucket nearby. Thankfully, I didn’t need it. But Young Will nearly did!

    My time was around 16:40. I truly thought the squats were gonna suck worst but it was the rowing! Toes to bar wasn’t all that bad. It was the ROWING! ack!

    Sepi, you can HAVE your sectionals! Enjoy ‘em! :sick:

    And Will, I hope that seepage isn’t too nasty!

    I’ve been doing this a while and have yet to “SEEP” after a workout. Sounds fantastic! That WOD was SO bad that afterwards I SEEPED!

  4. Wow I it says sleep on my I computer I think my computer is broke I apologize if it says seep but It has an ‘L’ on my computer. Wow 2 times in a row my comments look bad

      I guess it COULD be possible that sometimes people may just seep after an especially difficult workout. :blink:

  6. I really enjoyed this workout!! Perhaps my time may not have reflected it, however…for the first time doing toes-to-bar in a workout(just learned them 3 days ago) and forcing myself not to scale the weight on the OHS’s…Money! 14:53

    Probably would have been quicker if I wouldn’t have needed an extra swing for each TTB…oh well. Looking forward to the challenge this week!
