  1. Great workout, Happy Birthday Chris. Chris also rocked his own workout today, 30″ box, 25 and change.
This was a long, rough haul, but we needed one of these, it has been awhile. Great effort by all. :cwy:

  2. Happy birthday, Chris!

This was a HUGE beat down! I STILL don’t feel right! All I can say is that there weren’t a LOT of smiles today at The Barn – just a whole lot of thousand squat stares!

All-in-all, though, we struggled through it together. So it’s all good!

  3. Happy 17th Birthday Chris!

Sadly I got hit at the cut-off with just my last squat cleans left to do but glad I went with the recommended 55lbs (with about 5 extra lbs on my right side). We really need to paint the side of those 15 lbs weights so I can tell the difference between 10 & 15! :w00t: Kudos to Emily for going past the cut-off to finish.
