    These two exercises combined (wall balls and burpees) are like a perfect storm that makes me want to run for the pukie bucket EVERY time. :sick:

  3. For a brief moment during one of my burpee sets I thought I saw the luminous light of heaven & heard angels singing to me to go into the light. As I finished that fifth burpee I heard Toby & Joe devilishly yell “BURPEES” & I knew I was really just in hell! :devil:

  5. This is one of the worst ever-Still cut 4 min’s off previous time though I know my form suffered big time at the end
    Major kudo’s to the 5:00PM ladies-The determination and effort were inspiring-Way to push through!!!
