  1. Jesus! I didn’t realize how much that sucked until I was walking out of the store just a little bit ago. I think I’m gonna be sore tomorrow.

    I stuck with 155 lbs. for the duration but things got ugly in round two – not a lot of “power” there. I may scale down to 135 next time. I have to say that I was surprised with the pull-ups, though. Most of the time, I’ll drop half way through. But I did them all unbroken. That’s more than can be said for the push jerks. I believe I said I’d only have to clean it three times (didn’t use a rack). I cleaned JUST a tad more than that. Heh. Time was just under 10 minutes, maybe 11 minutes. I don’t remember.

    Will was rockin’ the olympic lifting shoes and making more noise than freaking river dancers in clogs! I think he did 155, too. Way to go! :w00t:
