  1. So my three rep max is now more than my one rep max. It’s been a little while since we did the one rep max thing. So next time that should go up. Finished with 235 lbs. The new guy, Fabrice, got like 315 lbs or something insane like that! Jesus! Good work, man!

    Then there was Young Will, who was doing max clean and jerks before the front squats. The boy does more foot shuffling during the jerk than Chubby Checker! I can’t remember the name he gave the specific movement but it was quite appropo!
