  1. Hey All,

Just wanted to take a quick poll. Is anyone else feeling ridiculously sorer than usual from Monday’s Murph? My quads and calves are tender to the touch. It’s been a while since a WOD has done this to me but I wanted to see how everyone else is holdin’ up.

  2. Hey Ant,
YYYEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSS! I had to take Tuesday off. The legs are sore but the arms are even sorer. My left arm actually went numb a few times on Monday.

  3. Yes Anthony, I’m definitely feeling it too! As we talked about today, mainly in the quads. My plan is to stretch and roll out a ton, and rest. We’ll see how it goes.

So I had a plan for todays workout, and it did not come together at all. I “planned” on doing 20 deadlifts every minute…didn’t go so well. I don’t think anybody ended up getting all 100 done in the 5 minutes. But a good effort by everyone today.

  4. I too am feeling the post-Murph pain but in my shoulders mostly. I tightened up so much on that last run in my shoulders and neck. Jesus! We’ll get through it.

Today, same plan as Kyle and same results – not a chance. I still liked the WOD, though.

    63 / 9:58 (something in the 9:50′s)

I gotta work on the toes to bar. I just can’t keep a constant swing going without a few smaller swings to control the big lift.

Yes. Good work by all. And Joe M.’s spewage during his Murph made the afternoon all the better. I would have definitely quit! He just kept on going! Inspiring!
