No PR today, but we’ll just leave it at that. What I want to say more than anything is, way to go Christopher!!!! After not being here for a week he came and tackled FRAN in 3:57! Incredible job, man. It was like a 30 second PR or something ridiculous like that. Great job, Kissyfur. I’ll be out to get you next time she comes around! And good job to everyone who did this today. It was alot of peoples first real experience with FRAN, so way to go!
Kissyfur gave that Fran a BIG ol’ kiss today, aye?
Yes sir! He sure did. He punched her right in the mustache.
Fran was extra hard today. PR’d with 6:42. It took me about half an hour to recover outside in the parking lot. Great wod.
YES!! PR’d today with 8:43, at 65 ibs. Last August I was at 10: something!
My corner crew partner got a PR too.
Making progress….love Bitch week.
Shari,
Really? you were there at 5 am? Way to go girlfriend! Hope to see you at 8:00 soon.
I think that was me @5am. Man that was early. Oh, by the way
I LOVE BITCH WEEK.
Hope to see my BFF’s soon.
Bitch week got off to an unbelievable start! I cannot believe the number of people that we had in The Barn for the 4, 5 and 6pm sessions! Loads of PR’s and loads of people doing Fran for the first time. Excellent work by all!
Personally, I went to The Barn today thinking I’d be lucky to break 8 minutes. I just didn’t feel it. Sep kept looking at my PR (6:20) and saying that sub six is what I needed to get. I just didn’t feel it but wound up finishing in 4:47! Christ almighty, can I just say that I was on the floor and in a daze, unable to move my hands, unable to breathe, couldn’t see straight and felt like puking for at least a half an hour afterwards! I really had to work to keep from puking. Damn. I’m not making that pukie list again!
So yes, I, too, PR’ed today. That feels good, in hindsight. I think I may have reached my peak with Fran!
Oh, one last thing – that freak of a CrossFitter, Joe W. did the Fran in 2:16! Um… sick. Just sick. But amazing!
Weeee!
Wow, JP! Way to go brother!!! You should be extremely proud of that. Fantastic job, I wish I could’ve been there to see it! Congrats!
