  1. You know, this WOD embarrasses me every time. I REALLY need to work on ring dips. I just HATE using the damn band for them. I don’t think I should be doing that at this point. So that’s my goal for the summer – to get these freaking ring dips down!

    My unofficial official time was 8:40 but, again, I had to use the band. So it’s not really official. I’m gonna get these damn things! :blink:
