Not the worst girl we’ve had, but by no means was she easy. This, in good ol’ CrossFit fashion, was harder than it looked on the board. Good WOD.

I thought I’d shin the box for sure! Those box hops just sucked. But the last round of deadlifts (at 205 – I think I weigh 200) was terrible, too. Definitely a “‘looks easy’ but it wasn’t” WOD!
Lots of people ripped it out, though! Great stuff!
