  1. Not the worst girl we’ve had, but by no means was she easy. This, in good ol’ CrossFit fashion, was harder than it looked on the board. Good WOD.

  2. Well ya got me on this one, Kyle! By just over 3 minutes… 13:47 (although there were rumors that it took me 47:45 at 9am… hmmm… not too bad).

    I thought I’d shin the box for sure! Those box hops just sucked. But the last round of deadlifts (at 205 – I think I weigh 200) was terrible, too. Definitely a “‘looks easy’ but it wasn’t” WOD! :blink:

    Lots of people ripped it out, though! Great stuff!

  3. Really liked this workout- Rowing, running, box hops,and lighter weight DL’s favor us small guys. Probably should have upped the DL weight
