  1. Another workout that was much harder than it looked! I am still working on moving up to the big girl box for box hops. One of these days! Good job 8 am session!

  2. Wow I hope Kelly goes on vacation for awhile. My legs were sore from yesterday now they are on fire. It is wonderful to see so many people at the 8:00 am session. Can wait to see what is in store for us next week. Thanks Sepi and Joe. :biggrin:
