  1. This is my first post kyle long aka snath master. i just wanna say 1.stay home 2. jk u gotta do this the workout is soooo funnnnnn. almost puked, which is my new goal. jp i cant find the other conversations on here. o well. germany sucks. and jp is yay for klose. :tongue:

  2. Ack! My least favorite lift ever. Yay…

    That was about 63 thrusters worth of SUCK! The first 9 rounds weren’t bad at all. In fact, I got through the first 8 rounds super fast. Then I decided to take some time between rounds thinking I’d go on the minute. Not. I wound up going on the two minutes (sometimes a little less, sometimes more). Last two rounds were on the three minutes.

    Christ I hate thrusters! :angry:

    I foolishly thought I’d go in like 17 minutes. Wasn’t HORRIBLY far off but not nearly as fast as I thought it would be. Those thrusters catch up with ya damn fast! Way to rip it out today, people! Definitely a hard one!

  3. Well..I was beginning to feel like I was making progress at the barn. In the past month I was feeling good about running and other stuff. I felt like I was the turtle of the barn slow but steady progress, that was until today. This was awful…..towards the end my squats were absolutely terrible. My goal from my very first day at the barn was just to finish and not quit which I did today. So tomorrow it is back to the drawing board. I agree with JP this was definitely hard. :sad:

  4. Ick that was awful. I actually thought it was going to be somewhat easy until i hit the 11th round. There was absolutely no way I was dropping that dang bar though. Legs felt like jell-o once I was done. Did better than I thought. 18:20 I believe. The 8am crew ripped it out. I wish I could go to more morning sessions. It gets pretty intense in there. I love it :silly:

  5. Love me some thrustin!… i mean thrusters! This was totally mental, you need someone literally watching you making you feel like they are right there with you..I did pretty good on this guy (all lifting and no running…shocking!) 16:12 :biggrin: Great Job Kyle, Jake, and goodie!

  6. This one killed me. It might be one of the first WOD that i didn’t finish. Kush, you are right… it is mental! and i was not mentally ready today i guess. Made it to round 10 with it not being too much of a struggle, then the last ones really hurt. I made it to the 15th round but ended up doing 2 sets of 11 and just couldn’t get the 4 more. Thanks for the motivation from the trainers and the 9:00 group who started their warmup when i was still trying that 15th round.

  7. Wow!! Only did 80lbs and that got really heavy-Made it thru 14 rounds but couldn’t finish the last round unbroken. :angry: Those last 3 rounds were way harder than expected.
