    Oh my god, add 24 275 lb deadlifts, 90 degrees and like 90% humidity to a workout and my running, which is bad enough, must be a sight to behold!

    Finished in 7:32. Everybody did great in gutting this out and just getting it done despite the heat! :w00t:
