  1. OK… Rowing 400m after doing 100 pull-ups was just a blast. I think most of the pulling (if you could call it that) came from my legs and leaning back. My arms were barely able to pull anything.

    Let’s see – 3 blisters and one rip on my hands. EVERYBODY’s hands were wasted after this one.

    Oh yeah! Christopher took quite a spill off the pull-up bar with ONE left to go. That kid is doing amazing work as of late! He got right back up there and finished it out. Under five minutes? He’s disgusting in a most excellent way!
