This coming weekend Joe W and I will be attending the CrossFit Endurance certification in the Orlando, FL area. Both of us will be out of town from Friday afternoon until mid afternoon on Monday. So what does this mean for you? Here is the updated schedule for the next few days:
Friday: Normal Schedule
Saturday: Normal Schedule (8 and 9 am ) Brett, JP and Kush will be run’n things
Sunday: CLOSED
Monday: NO AM SESSSIONS . . .
