UPDATE: GAMES TRAINING
If you are interested in training for the 2012 Crossfit Games Open that begins in February, we are going to have training sessions on Sundays beginning this Sunday November 6 at 9 AM. The training session will consist of skill work in different lifts and gymnastic skills then followed by a WOD. We are going to start the skill work or lifting session at 9 AM so if you need to warm up please arrive 10-15 minutes early to properly warm up. Plan on 9 every Sunday unless told otherwise. This goes out to anyone who wants to compete individually, compete for a spot on the team, or for the masters division. See you this Sunday!
