At the moment we are offering two sessions of yoga per week. We will add more as needed.
Session Days and Times:
TUESDAY: 7pm — SATURDAY: 10am
In order to insure that we are best able to serve you and maximize the time of our yoga instructor, we are using a session reservation system for our yoga program. Reservations must be made by midnight the night before the session you would like to attend. If we receive no reservations for the a given day’s yoga session, we will inform the yoga instructor and cancel the session.
